We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Unused, unworn, and with original tags (if applicable).
In the original packaging.
With proof of purchase.

Important:
Items sent back without a prior return request and approval cannot be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 4. Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items are excluded from returns, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, plants, or flowers)
Custom-made or personalized products
Personal care products (such as cosmetics or hygiene items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Original shipping costs
We also do not accept returns of:
Discounted items

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
return the original item.
Once the return has been accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
6. European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
Conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and have its tags attached.
It must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
This right applies independently of the standard 30-day return period.
7. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Upon approval:
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
Please note that processing the refund may take up to 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
